The Problem We Refused to Ignore
Every day, we saw the same pattern. People in Ghana had massive goals and the heart to work hard, but they were being held back by services that didn't show up. We realised that the missing link wasn't just a lack of tools; it was a lack of ownership. There were plenty of people willing to take a fee, but very few willing to take responsibility.
